COLESLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine dressing ingredients, blending well. Pour over shredded and chopped vegetables. Mix thoroughly to blend flavors and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
