POTATO WAFFLES 
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. melted fat
1 1/2 c. cooked riced potatoes
1/4 c. minced onions

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Combine eggs, milk, fat, riced potatoes and onion. Add dry ingredients and beat with rotary beater 1/2 minute. Bake on hot waffle iron 3-4 minutes. Very good served with creamed chicken or creamed beef.
