STRAWBERRY COOKIES 
3 oz. strawberry gelatin
14 oz. pkg. (5 1/2 c.) flaked coconut
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
5 or 6 drops red food coloring, if desired

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. milk
2 or 3 drops green food coloring

In large bowl, combine gelatin, coconut, condensed milk, extract and food coloring. Blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.

Using 1 tablespoon cookie mixture for each cookie, form dough into strawberry shapes.

In small bowl combine frosting ingredients. Blend until smooth. Using pastry bag and desired tip, pipe frosting stems and leaves on top of strawberries. Store in refrigerator. 4 dozen cookies. (Fun to make.)
