MERINGUE TORTE 
6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar

Beat egg whites, add sugar, vanilla and vinegar. Bake in well-greased springform pan at 275 degrees for 60 minutes. (Cross your fingers). This is a meringue base for fresh fruit, strawberries or peaches, with whipped cream.
