1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. onion, grated fine
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour

Mix all ingredients. Make sure all is wet. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil. Cook until brown.
