STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) vacuum packed can golden sweet corn
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 lg. green peppers

In skillet, over medium heat, brown meat, add onion and cook until onion is done. Pour off drippings. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and pepper. Set aside.

Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds and spoon meat mixture into peppers. Arrange in 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until peppers are done.
