3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (9 inch) pie shells

Whip potatoes with butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
