MACARONI SUPREME 
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag lg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (#2) can tomatoes, drained, save juice, cut tomatoes
1 (#2) can LeSeur peas
1 lg. can mushrooms
6 crackers, rolled into crumbs
1/2 pt. whipping cream

In large greased baking dish alternate macaroni, tomato pulp, peas, mushrooms, cheese, sprinkle each layer with cracker crumbs. Dot each layer with butter, salt and pepper.

Just before baking, add 1/2 pint tomato juice. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. Serves 8-10.
