BANANA SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick oats
1 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Lemon Frosting, prepared (optional)

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add bananas and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together, add to the creamed mixture. Blend in sour cream. Stir in oats and nuts. Turn into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness. Let cool 10 minutes. Cover with prepared lemon frosting.
