BANANA SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. sour cream

Cream butter and sugar; beat eggs in one at a time. Add bananas and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add with sour cream. Stir in oats and pecans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes.
