SPINACH SALAD 
2 to 3 pkg. fresh spinach
1 lb. cooked bacon, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 can bean sprouts
1 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil (Mazola)
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Wash spinach thoroughly and break into bite-size pieces. Add remaining ingredients.

Dressing: Stir dressing into salad and toss well.
