1 pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
3 scoops each vanilla and strawberry ice cream
3 tbsp. Grand Marnier
3 tbsp. Kirsch

With fork, gently break ice creams in a large glass serving bowl. DO NOT TOTALLY MASH! Add liquors and gentle mix. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in raspberries. Serves 6. All this may be done at the table. Pretty to make, pretty to serve and absolutely, elegantly, scrumptious.
