ONE CRUST PEACH PIE 
3 c. sliced peaches

Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Blend following ingredients and mix with the peaches:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
1 beaten egg

Pour into unbaked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Top with crumb topping made with:

3 tbsp. cold butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. chopped walnuts or pecans

Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
