STRAWBERRY CONGEALED SALAD | |
Mix together and press in 9 x 13 baking dish, bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees the following: 2 c. pretzels crushed 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted Let this cool completely. Mix together: 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese (room temperature) 1 c. sugar Cream this well and add 1 medium Cool Whip and spread this over first layer. Mix 6 oz. strawberry Jello, 3 cups boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, let this congeal part way and pour over Cool Whip mixture and return to refrigerate to finish congealing. Ingredients for above: 2 c. pretzels, crushed 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, plus 1 c. sugar 1 med.
