STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzel crumbs
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Pour into pretzel crumbs and press into a 9x12 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool crust for 25-30 minutes.

Blend 1 cup sugar into cream cheese. Fold in the Cool Whip and spread on cooled pretzels. Prepare Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Mix in thawed strawberries. Place in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
