1 lb. stew meat

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Salt and pepper meat and roll in flour. Cut one onion and put over stew meat in rings. Mix sauce and pour over meat, cover with foil. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees.
