2 green tomatoes, ask produce department at grocery store
Yellow cornmeal
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice tomatoes like you would for a sandwich. Cover with cornmeal. Salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Cooks like eggplant.
