2 (20 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chip cookie mix
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Spread 1 roll of cookie mix in bottom of 9"x13" ungreased pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Spread mixture on top of cookie dough. Roll remaining chocolate chip dough into balls. Flatten and place on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
