CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 or more cups diced cooked chicken
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
8 oz. stuffing mix

Spread frozen broccoli on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Place diced chicken over broccoli. In saucepan over medium temperature, heat soup, milk, cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder until well mixed. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Mix stuffing per package directions and top casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
