3 lbs. chuck, cut in sm. pieces 2 cans golden mushroom soup 3/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 c. red wine Put all ingredients in large casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 12 servings. May be made a day ahead of time and reheated. |
