HAWAIIAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. coconut
1 (9 inch) deep dish unbaked pie shell

Combine eggs, milk, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and butter. Beat until smooth. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until center of pie is set. Cool.
