DIETER'S SANDWICH 
Bran cereal bread, sliced
Watercress
1 c. cooked and diced chicken
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. crushed, drained pineapple
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. green onion, chopped

Place watercress on bread. Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon on top of watercress. Makes four servings. (Approximately 240 calories each.)
