HOT PEPPER JELLY 
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. hot pepper
3/4 c. bell pepper (grind)
1 bottle Certo

Grind peppers and mix with vinegar and sugar. Boil 10 minutes. Set off stove for 5 minutes. Add Certo and stir well. Have jars ready to pack immediately.

Note: Very pretty in jars if peppers are red and green. If using green peppers, add a drop or two of red food coloring.
