CHOCOLATE TARTE 
1 c. pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix and pat down in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake until brown.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix and spread on first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and spread on second layer.

4TH LAYER:

Rest of Cool Whip (use large Cool Whip). Grate chocolate candy bar on top. Refrigerate overnight.
