CHERRY NUT BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. mini marshmallows

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Beat on low until mixture is coarse crumbs. Save 1 1/2 cups crumbs for topping. Use remaining crumbs for crust and press into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Spoon pie filling evenly over crust and sprinkle with marshmallows, then remaining crumbs.

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until light brown; do not overbake. Cool. Cut into bars. (We like to top with ice cream for a great tasting treat.)
