BEEF TIPS AND RICE | |
1 lb. beef tips/stew/steak Salt & pepper to taste 1 pkg. French's brown gravy mix 2 tsp. oil Rice (yellow) Parboil beef cut into 1/2 inch cubes until tender. Brown beef in skillet using oil. Add salt and pepper. Prepare brown gravy mix according to directions; pour over the beef tips and simmer 30 minutes. Prepare yellow rice according to directions. Pour beef tips and gravy over rice and serve. |
