CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. melted butter (2 sticks)
1 c. chopped nuts

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (No. 2) can cherry pie filling

Mix flour and melted butter together. Add nuts. Press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees, let cool. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. prepare Dream Whip and add. Pour over crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
