PORK CHOPS WITH WILD RICE 
2 (6 oz.) boxes long grain wild rice mix
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
12 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine the uncooked rice with the soup and water in a baking dish. Mix with mushrooms (drained). Arrange pork chops on top and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Cover and bake 1 hour 20 minutes at 350 degrees. (Uncover last 20 minutes to brown.
