COCOA BROWNIES 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter, add cocoa, stir until smooth. Beat eggs with sugar until smooth. Beat eggs with sugar until light. Add cocoa mixture and vanilla. Toss flour, baking powder and salt to mix. Add to batter, beat well. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured 8 inch square baking pan in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25 minutes.
