QUEEN CHARLOTTE SALAD 
6 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. onion juice
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. blanched almonds, sliced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. glass guava or current jelly

Mash cheese, combine with whipped cream, mayonnaise, onion juice, Worcestershire and almonds. Put a layer of this in refrigerator tray; cover with layer of jelly; on top of jelly put rest of cheese; freeze. Cut in small squares; put on lettuce; surround each square with grapefruit segments, allowing 3 or 4 segments each serving. Serve with Poppy Seed Dressing. This is very rich and only a small square of cheese is needed. Serves 10.
