FRUIT PIZZA 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
4-8 oz. powdered sugar
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
Choice of sliced fruit for topping

Allow cream cheese to soften to mix with Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use. Spread cookie dough on buttered pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, spread on filling and top with fruit. Use fresh fruit of your choice (peaches, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, etc.). Then top with glaze.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. apple juice
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Boil on low heat until thick and pour on top of fruit.
