FLORENTINE SQUARES 
4 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. frozen (thawed) chop spinach
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) crescent rolls

Mix all ingredients in bowl except crescent rolls. Unroll crescent rolls and press into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into 1 inch pieces. (Makes approximately 50 squares.)
