STEAK STRIPS AND RICE 
2 sirloin steak strips
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. chili sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
9 oz. pkg. frozen green string beans

Cut meat into even strips. Heat half of the butter in a skillet; add meat. Saute in skillet until meat is brown and cooked. Remove meat from heat. Add remaining butter to pan, also green onions. Cook over medium heat until onions are soft. Add broth and chili sauce. Add green beans. Stir to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat and stir well. Serve over rice.
