ORANGE MERINGUE PIE 
1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange sections, cut in pieces
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Combine orange juice, sections, grated rind, sugar and cornstarch. Cook on low heat until clear. Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg yolks, return this to hot mixture and cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Blend in lemon juice and butter.

Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell. Be sure filling and shell are both hot or both cold. Cover with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is lightly browned.
