LAKE BASS BAKE 
7 to 10 lb. bass
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. white wine
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced

Remove scales. Wash and dry, including body cavity. Arrange fish on wire rack in large baking pan. Open cavity and stuff with bread crumbs moistened with wine and soy sauce. Close with toothpicks.

Slice onions and tomatoes alternate slices over top of fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until fish flakes with fork.
