1.5 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 c. chopped ham
1 can asparagus, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheese

Spread filling in greased pie plate. Pour on batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden. Delicious hot or cold - great for picnics or potlucks!

First two filling ingredients can be substituted with: chicken and broccoli, shrimp and mushroom, assorted vegetables, etc.
