GRASSHOPPER PIE 
24 Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 jigger creme de menthe
1 sm. jar marshmallow fluff
1 pt. heavy whipping cream

1. For pie crust combine cookies and butter in food processor until fine consistency.

2. Put in 9 inch pie shell (deep dish).

3. Combine creme de menthe and fluff in large bowl.

4. Whip cream to heavy peaks.

5. Fold cream into fluff mixture.

6. Pour into pie shell.

7. Freeze;. Serve frozen or slightly thawed.

(To cheat and save time use approximately 6 ounces Cool Whip. Pie will be looser consistency and must be eaten frozen.)
