CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
3 oz. soft cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls
3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, crushed
1 tbsp. butter, set aside

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth. Add remaining 5 ingredients, mix well. (Save 1 tablespoon.)

Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Press perforation to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mix in center. Pull up 4 corners to center, twist and seal. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with crumbs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brown. Makes 4 sandwiches.
