CHOURICO SANDWICH 
FRIED:

Grease frying pan with Crisco or oil. Cut 1/2 pound chourico in 1/2 inch slices. Simmer in skillet for 10 minutes on each side. Place in Italian bread or other hard roll.

BOILED:

Cut chourico into 4 inch lengths. Place into pan of boiling water for 15 minutes. Serve in Italian bread or other hard roll. For an added treat, add 2 ounce wine. Serves six.
