RHUBARB CREAM PIE | |
1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar Mix together. Pour over 2 or 3 cups diced rhubarb that is placed in an unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees, reduce heat to 375 degrees for 40 minutes. |
