GEORGIA BANANA PUDDING 
4-5 bananas, very ripe
1 box vanilla wafers
2 lg. cans Carnation milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg

in the top of a double boiler, add 2 cans Carnation, 1/2 cup sugar, beaten egg, bananas, sliced, and about 15 crumbled vanilla wafers. Use a glass or Pyrex bowl and layer starting with vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, pudding - repeat layering ending with pudding. Chill well before serving. You may substitute crushed or chunked pineapple.
