CABBAGE FRY 
1 sm. head green cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic, fresh or powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped ham
Pepper and salt to taste

Cook cabbage in oil, over medium heat, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Cook about 3 minutes.
