2 lg. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
12 oz. container Cool Whip
20 oz. Oreo or Hydrox cookies

Use large bowl, mix: Soften cream cheese and butter plus Cool Whip, then add sugar, pudding and milk. Stir 2 minutes or until thick and creamy.

Crush cookies: Place in large flower pot (plastic) layer of crushed cookies then layer of pudding mix. Do this until pot is full with layer of cookies on top. Place in freezer or refrigerator until chilled or firm.
