ROTINI BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 lb. can tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 1/2 c. cooked rotini
Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and green peppers. Cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Add cut up Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted. Add rotini. Pour in pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
