CREAMY PEACH LAYER CAKE 
1 pkg. butter flavor cake mix
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
3 3/4 c. fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Prepare cake according to package directions, using two 8-inch cake pans. Cool and split each layer.

Combine cornstarch and sugar in saucepan. Add peaches and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Cool mixture completely.

Spoon 1/3 of the filling over 1 split cake layer. Spread 1/3 cup sour cream over filling. Repeat procedure with remaining cake layers, peach filling and sour cream, ending with cake layer. Mix whipped cream with powdered sugar and spread over whole cake.
