HERB BUTTER - BASTED TURKEY
BREAST
 
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. minced green onions
1 tsp. dried whole sage, crushed
1 tsp. dried whole thyme
1 tsp. dried whole marjoram
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 turkey breast (5 to 5 1/2 lbs.)

Combine the first 9 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; set aside. Place turkey breast in a lightly oiled baking pan; baste with butter mixture. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, basting often with butter mixture. Serves 10 to 12.
