OVEN STYLE FRIED CHICKEN 
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup potato flakes
1 envelope garlic- cheese salad dressing
4 chicken breast
1/4 cup butter

Combine egg and milk and set aside. Combine potato flakes and dressing mix. Dip breast in egg mixture and roll in potato mixture. Melt butter in a shallow baking pan and arrange chicken breast into.

Bake at 400°F for 50 minutes.
