HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. green onion, minced
2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash ground ginger
Cooked noodles or rice (optional)

Combine beef, onion, green pepper and salt; mix well. Shape into 24 meatballs. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Brown meatballs over medium heat; drain fat. Add soup, water, pineapple, soy sauce and ginger. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
