GARBONZO - WALNUT PATTIES | |
1/2 c. garbonzo beans 1/2 c. water 1 c. oats 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 med. onion, minced 2 tbsp. evaporated milk 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. age May use 1/4 cup dry garbonzos, soak overnight to double in bulk. Process beans and water in blender. Remove to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Drop from spoon to form patties in oiled skillet. Brown on both sides. Place in baking dish. Cover with your favorite gravy and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
