SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (save juice)
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup

In 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch. Add enough water to reserved pineapple syrup to measure 1 cup. Stir syrup mixture, vinegar and catsup into cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Stir in pineapple, green peppers and onion. Simmer until vegetables are crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Add meat to mixture. Keep warm until ready to eat.
